To live the Montecillo's maturation experience...

1. Serve each wine in a different glass, at a temperature between 16o and 18o C (just a little bit, then you can enjoy as much as you want).


2. Always hold the glasses by the base to avoid heating the wine.


3. Observe the colour, you will notice that the darker it is, the longer it has matured.


4. Feel the smell, at first without moving the glass to capture the primary aromas and then shake it slightly so that it comes into contact with oxygen and releases secondary and tertiary aromas.


5. Feel the flavour of each one, taking a sip and passing it from one side of the mouth to the other to appreciate the texture and the balance between flavours.
