  • How can I place my order?

    To place your order:

    • Search your desired products

    You can browse among the menu categoriesPuedes placed on the left at the top of the web or you can use the search input at the top. Once you've found the product that you want to buy, click the button “ADD TO CART”. You will see that the product it's added to your shopping cart. Repeat this process with all the products that you are searching.

    • Get into the payment process

    Once you have selected the products of your shopping list, click on the button shaped as a basket / cart (placed on top right of the web). Then, your shopping list will appear and you'll find a button that says "Checkout".

    When you click in it, the button will bring you to the final process where you can register and add addresses.

    At that moment, the shipping costs will be updated using your shipping address.

    • Select your payment method

    For your confort, you can choose between some payment methods:

      • PayPal, Bizum or credit card: when you finish your order, you'll be redirected yo the payment gateway of your bank or of PayPal to complete the payment.

      • Bank transfer: at the end of your order, we'll show you the information of your order so you can make a wire transfer. If you choose this method, the payment will be shipped when we could confirm that the transfer has been made succesfully. That can take between 1 to 10 working days, depending on the bank you use. Transfers with shared costs are not accepted.

    • Order confirmation

    Once finished, we will show you your order details and we'll send you a confirmation email.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro Cards. Also, you can pay by wire transfer or by PayPal. 

    • Credit Card

    During the order process, if you choose this payment method, we will redirect you to the Sabadell bank gateway so you can pay with your card. This garantee that the payment would be completely secure. Yopongoelhielo will not save at any moment the credit card information.



    • PayPal

    Use your PayPal account to pay.

    Note: PayPal doesn't accept pyments of Cuban products. So, if you have them in your shopping list, this payment method will not be listed.



    • Wire Transfer or Deposit in Bank Account

    We offer you the posibility of make the payment of your order by deposit in our Sabadell bank account or by wire transfer with this information:

      • BIC/SWIFT:  BSAB ESBB

    Remember to write in the concept of the payment the reference of your order so we can easily process your order.


    Transfers with shared costs are not accepted.



    • Bizum

    You can pay by Bizum in our online shop, but remember it's a bit different to paying a friend.

      • The first thing you need to do is activate the e-commerce payment in the Bizum section of your bank's app.

      • In addition, your bank may ask you to create a four-digit Bizum password, which is different from the password you use to access your bank's app. With this, you will have already activated Bizum payment in e-commerce.

      • When you go to pay on the web with Bizum, the payment gateway will ask you to enter your mobile phone number. Once entered, you will have four minutes to log in to your bank's App and confirm the payment.

      • It is possible that, depending on your bank, when you go to pay on the web with Bizum, the payment gateway will ask you to enter the Bizum password you previously set up in the app, in addition to your mobile number. If this is the case, you will have to enter this password. At that point, you will receive an SMS on your phone with a code that you will have to enter on the website to confirm the payment.

    It is actually more difficult to explain it than to do it, but we hope that with this mini tutorial you will be able to do it.

  • If I choose wire transfer, will my order be delayed?

    Unfortunately the shipping of your order will be delayed. It will leave our warehouses at the moment that the payment has been transfered successfully to our bank account.

    This method can delay your order upto 10 working days. Even so, a lot of banks are accelerating its proccess and we hope that coming soon the transfers would be intantly betweens European Union countries.


    Transfers with shared costs are not accepted.

  • Purchase conditions on our website

    The purchase of certain items such as alcoholic beverages is subject to legal conditions and is only available to customers over 18 years of age.

    The price of our articles and services is the one indicated at each moment on our website. If we detect any error in the price of an item after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident, and offer you the option of cancellation or maintenance in the correct conditions.

    The sending of the automatic confirmation email you receive when you place an order does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount you have paid us will be refunded. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, we will not proceed to process the shipment.

    In addition, we reserve the right to restrict orders to a maximum of 24 units per reference if deemed necessary. We do this so that promotional or gift items can reach more customers and not just the first ones to buy them.

  • Do I need an account to purchase my order?

    Yes, to place your order with us it is essential to create an account with your data and add a delivery address.

  • Why do I have to give my contact number to register an account or place an order? And the DNI?

    We need your phone number in case the transport agency needs to locate you to make the delivery of your order.

    Because we sell alcoholic beverages we also need your ID so that the carrier can verify that you are of legal age. If you were not, the order would not be delivered and we would reimburse the amount of the order minus the round-trip postage.

  • I have not received emails after placing my order. What happens?

    There may also be a possibility that you may have entered your email incorrectly when making the purchase. If you do not see any email in your junk mail folder, please contact us using the method you prefer:

  • The price of the item that I bought has lowered the price, can I get the refund of the price difference?

    Unfortunately we can not refund you. We update the prices of the products when we buy new lots. Sometimes these lots can be cheaper, but the item of your order was bought by us at a higher price..

    Similarly, if the price of the product rose between the time you made the order and the time of shipment, the price increase will not apply for the same reason

  • What happens if the gift of my order is broken?

    Unfortunately we can not replace the gifts as they are promotional products without commercial cost. That is, we can not ask for more to make referrals.
  • Why don't you have discount coupons in Yo pongo el hielo?

    The main reason why we do not publish discount coupons or make them available on the website is because of our selling prices are kept to a minimum and allowing the use of coupons would oblige us to make them higher.

    We prefer that everybody enjoy advantageous conditions on their order, without having to look for discount coupons on external websites (with the hassle that this entails) in order to have an attractive price in their purchase.

    We know that its use is very widespread, but we believe that our way of acting favors a greater number of users.


  • Taxes on the price of products

    The prices on the website include Spanish VAT (21%, 10% or 4% depending on the product). It is important to bear in mind that, due to the new European regulations on e-commerce that came into force on 01/07/2021 (Directive (EU) 2019/1995), when sending to customers in European Union countries from 01/10/2021, the taxes corresponding to the country of destination will be applied and not those of Spain. That is to say, the price shown will be reduced by the Spanish VAT and the VAT corresponding to the country of destination will be applied once the delivery address has been selected during the payment process, which is why the price of the products may differ slightly. This modification does NOT apply to intra-community operators.
