  • How can I return my order?

    We hope it does not happen, but if you are not happy with the order received, you can return it in full or in part by contacting us using the method you prefer:

    You will have to ship to us the products you bought at the best conditions as possible and you will have to pay the shipping costs of the return.

    • You can make the return whenever the bottles are not started or their seals broken.

    • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included in its case. The return of the product will only be accepted when the use of the product has been limited to the mere verification of the proper functioning of the product by the customer, in accordance with current legislation. The return of any product that suffers damage attributed to the customer will not be accepted.

    • The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

    • The merchandise must be packed the same as we sent it, in order to avoid breakages.

    • If there is any breakage in the return of the merchandise, we do not make the refund of said breakage.

    • The refund of the amount will be effective once we check the correct status of the merchandise.

    • The amount will be returned according to the same payment method used. In the payments against reimbursement, the refund of the amount is made by bank transfer to the account you indicate.

  • I'm going to purchase a big order and it's possible that I have bottles left over ... Could I send back the ones that surpass me?

  • How I can cancel my order?

    To cancel your order contact us using the method you prefer:

    If the shipment has not yet been made, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order by the payment method you selected.

    If the shipment had already been made at the time of contact, we will refund the amount of the order by the payment method you selected, discounting the round trip shipping costs.
