Azteca Azul

Azteca Azul is the first producer of 100% organic Tequila, ensuring the future of the beautiful Jalisco ecosystem where it is grown and made. Tequilas made following ancient recipes and techniques from the Spanish colonial era, the blue agave is roasted for 24 hours and cooled in traditional brick ovens, twice distilled, and aged in small oak barrels to produce these exceptional tequilas, Azteca Azul Plata and Reposado. These tequilas are rooted in the traditions of Jalisco, paying homage to the jimadores, charros, escaramuzas and Mexican artisans and to a land recognised as the best tequila producing region in the world. We share the colour, skill and techniques that have been developed over generations to work this land and express our unique and joyful culture.
