Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When served, it leaves us with a pale gold colour, the nose captures an intense and fragrant aroma as classic as that of the albariza sherry and Palomino Fino, with hints of chalk, talc, iodine and salt that merge with dried fruits, chamomile, lemon and fresh yeast. It leaves us with a very fresh, flavoursome palate, with a very marked salinity, a certain bitterness that provides a rich and tasty touch, achieving a long and persistent finish.

We recommend serving it chilled in a fine crystal glass (remember to take it out of the fridge two to four hours before serving). It is ideal with fish, seafood, vegetables, spicy dishes and a variety of rice dishes.
