This wine is made from what they call "the family pyramid", which consists of 6 butts dedicated to the founder's wife and 5 daughters.

José Páez personally chooses a traditional 8 year old fino, fragrant and very voluminous in the mouth, to make this jewel and become part of the history of the authentic fino de Jerez.

It has a golden colour with greenish tints.

Its aroma is sharp and intense, with hints of almonds and quince.

Dry and smooth in the mouth, with notes of yeast, almonds and a long finish.

The best way to enjoy it is with Iberian ham, prawns from Sanlúcar or fried fish.

A little history about ...

Founded in 1848, the bodega began its journey in the wine market with great success, which aroused the interest of the Rumasa group, which acquired it until it passed into the hands of the Jerez-based multinational John Harvey & Sons Ltd.

In 1992 and up to the present day, the company has worked under the management of the owner Don José Páez Morilla, who created "Bodegas Dios Baco" with the firm idea of entering the difficult world of sherry wines.
