A little bit of history about Dr Pepper...

Dr Pepper was created in 1885 by a pharmacist named Charles Alderton in Texas, USA. At first, he tried various formulas until he came up with the perfect flavour combination that was a great success.

He had to go into partnership to meet the huge demand for his product. Today, it is owned by the Dr Pepper Snaple Group, formerly Cadbury-Schweppes and its European version by the Schweppes International Limited factory in Poland.
