Why buy Soft Drink La Casera Lemon

Casera Limón is the most consumed soda in Spain but with a lemon flavour. We are talking about a lemon soda that reminds us of the most Spanish Mediterranean.

We can use it to make the famous summer red to which, instead of adding homemade white, we add La Casera Limón to give it a touch of lemon plus citrus.

The ingredients of La Casera Limón are: carbonated water, concentrated lemon juice, acidity regulators, sweeteners, aromas, stabilizers and vegetable oil.

As for the nutritional information for every 100ml of La Casera Limón they are: 0.0gr of proteins, 0.1gr of carbohydrates, 0.0gr of fats, 0.1gr of salt, and 2 kcal of energy.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

Slightly transparent color with a soft touch of lemon yellow. In the mouth it clearly reminds of the citric touch of the lemon in combination with the bubbles of the soda.

Pairing. How to taste it

It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place, and protected from sunlight and strong odors. To taste it, just serve it cold or with ice, or even combined with table wine.

A little bit of history about La Casera Lemon...

La Casera was created in May 1949 as a soft drink designed to be enjoyed with the whole family, alone as a refreshment or with red wine, although you would have to wait until April 1950 to see the first bottles of La Casera on the market.

For its launching to the market the closure was replaced by a mechanical closure with a porcelain stopper, which gave the image of something more modern and hygienic. By the end of that first year, 380,090 liters had been sold with an income of around 500,000 pesetas.

Due to the growth in sales, the company decided to expand and in each place that decided to do so, it bought the most powerful soda factory in the place or, if it was not possible, it signed a collaboration agreement.

In the 60's the flavors Limón La Casera and Naranja La Casera are born and the company continues growing until it becomes the family soft drink par excellence and the perfect complement for table wine in 1971.

It's in the Top 20 of economic and cheap products of Soft Drink and in the Top 1530 of our best seller products.
