Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

In sight it is transparent like water but with bubbles, and with a gaseous taste in mouth.

Pairing. How to taste it

The best way to drink La Casera is with ice alone or as the perfect complement to table wine.

A little bit of history about La Casera...

On May 31st 1949 La Casera was born, a soft drink designed to be enjoyed by the family with wine or alone as a refreshment, although it would not be until April 1950 when the first bottles of La Casera appeared on the market.

For this reason, the closure was replaced by a mechanical seal with a porcelain stopper to give the image of something modern and hygienic. By the end of that first year, 380,090 liters had been sold with an income of almost half a million pesetas (a little more than 3,000 euros).

In each place that the company wants to be implanted, what it does is that it buys the most powerful soda factory or, failing that, it signs a collaboration agreement.

In the 60's, the flavors Limón La Casera and Naranja La Casera were born and the company continues to grow until it became the family soft drink par excellence and the perfect complement to table wine in 1971.

After several years of losses and purchases and sales of the company by different groups, from 1999 La Casera returns to have benefits.

It's in the Top 40 of economic and cheap products of Soft Drink and in the Top 2490 of our best seller products.
