When we talk about a Sauvignon Blanc wine, we know that we are dealing with a very aromatic and tasty variety of wine.
Javier Sanz Viticultor Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine made from this fresh and aromatic French grape variety.
Javier Sanz Sauvignon Blanc is made with the first creations of this French grape variety that were brought to the area of La Seca and the D.O. Rueda almost 40 years ago and to which it was difficult to access.
The Sauvignon Blanc variety, depending on the climate and the soil where it is planted, the final result will give one personality or another. In this winery it adapted perfectly, expressing in this wine its acidity and its flavours of green grass, tropical fruit and floral notes. This is one of the particularities that make it so special, flavour and freshness.
