Why buy White Wine Javier Sanz Viticultor Verdejo

Javier Sanz Viticultor Verdejo is a sophisticated and carefully crafted signature Verdejo wine, with which you can discover unparalleled aromas and flavours.

This wine is made from Verdejo grapes harvested and selected in the Pago Familiar Villa Narcisa, located in La Seca. The soil from which the grapes grow is composed of pebbles with clay subsoil, which is reflected in Javier Sanz Verdejo.

Harvesting is mechanical and takes place at night. The temperature during fermentation is strictly controlled in order to preserve all the aromas that characterise this Verdejo.

The temperature is less than 15ºC, and the fermentation is carried out in steel tanks and is slow, thus preserving the fruity notes.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When poured into a glass, it appears bright with greenish reflections.

On the nose, Javier Sanz Viticultor Verdejo has aromas of sweet grapefruit and light hints of aniseed and fennel.

When you sip it in the glass, it is dry, full-bodied and refreshing due to its acidity.

Pairing. How to taste it

From Yo Pongo el Hielo, we suggest that you drink it in a glass of white wine, at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC, which will allow you to enjoy its great flavour and aromas.

Javier Sanz Viticultor Verdejo is ideal to accompany your favourite seafood and salt fish, so you can enjoy them as they deserve.
