When pouring a glass of José Estévez Pedro Ximénez you are struck by its dark mahogany colour.
On the nose, aromas of raisined fruit with figs and grapes with hints of tobacco and spices.
In the mouth, it is smooth and ample with a long finish that leaves memories of figs and sultanas.

Bodegas José Estévez S.A. are the successors of the firm José Leña Rendón y Compañía, established in 1809 and dedicated to the ageing of Sherry and Brandies. They are equipped with the most modern machinery and technology in the country.

Its 800 hectares of its own vineyards stand out, part of them in the well-known estate of Macharnudo. It is the third largest producer of sherry wines and one of the most important producers of Brandy, with an ageing capacity of 45,000 butts of 500 litres. Three state-of-the-art bottling lines with a production capacity of 45,000 bottles per hour.
