Pedro Ximénez 1827 Osborne is made following a long process in which the grapes are first sun-dried and then pressed to obtain the must, which is then aged according to the Soleras and Criaderas procedure.

The great quality of this wine has been recognised in various international competitions in which it has won a gold medal at the China Wine & Spirits Awards 2014 and at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2014.
