Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

On the nose, the characteristic aroma of Sauvignon Blanc is present, along with notes of asparagus, mango, tomato leaf and boxwood.

On the palate, a fresh wine, with intensity and very pleasant to drink, where the persistent flavour of tropical fruits lengthens, giving a great versatility when drinking it.

A little bit of history about Habla de ti......

Bodega Habla is a young winery in Extremadura, belonging to a family from Cáceres, who set out to make exclusive, unique and exciting wines in the region and to open up to the world like the ancient conquerors of Extremadura.

It was not easy to find a terroir where we could make the kind of wines we dreamed of from the beginning. A land that would force us to get the best out of each vine and that would give our grape varieties a strong personality in order to produce unique wines.

It is an avant-garde winery, as the terroir of the area to make wines was not easy and would force them to bring out the best of each vine and grape varieties with unique personalities to produce unique wines. But they also develop a valuable research and development (R&D) project at the service of viticulture and winemaking.

The winery is committed to the most advanced techniques and the most modern technology, and has managed to surround itself with great experts when it comes to making its wines, unique and unrepeatable wines for each vintage that it markets under the same brand name.
