La Guita is an exceptional wine made from a solera of manzanilla pasada, which is aged and maintained in the cellars of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This solera is a very particular ageing system, which involves blending wines of different ages, so that the younger wines are blended with the older wines to obtain a balanced result.

In the La Guita solera, a rigorous selection of the best manzanilla barrels is carried out, which have been kept in the cellars for a long period of time, allowing the wine to reach its maximum potential. This ageing process in the solera is crucial for obtaining a wine of high quality and exceptional flavour.
