That's why it launches this limited edition in which it blends 8,000 bottles of aged rum in tempranillo red wine barrels, which takes away all the color of the rum itself and later blends it with Matusalem 15 years, to finally reach a 40% alcohol content.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The colour is very striking, as if it were a bright rosé wine, enhanced by an attractive long neck bottle.

On the nose, the aromas it gives off denote its origin in red wine barrels, with touches of vanilla, yeast and tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana.

Finally, it is pleasant on the palate, with medium to full body and notes of pineapple, banana, lime, red fruits and tannins. It also has light touches of vanilla, clove, cinnamon and wood. The finish leaves a pleasant aftertaste of aged red and dark rum.

Pairing. How to taste it

The first thing is to try it on its own or with ice, so that you can completely distinguish its taste from that of other more traditional rums. Once this is done, we can use it to make a Spritz or an Old Fashioned.
