Why buy White Wine Javier Sanz Viticultor Barrel Fermented

Javier Sanz has always been accustomed to a very high quality in his wines. Now, with his Verdejo Javier Sanz Fermentado en Barrica, and its winemaking process, he seeks to break all the moulds.

Javier Sanz Fermentado en Barrica is made from a selection of Verdejo grapes from the Fuente de los Vaqueros estate in La Seca. After that, the wine was fermented in French oak barrels for a period of six months. After this time, it is transferred to another bottle where it spends at least another 12 months.

This gives rise to a sophisticated wine, which thanks to the fermentation in barrels gives a complexity and nuances to this white wine with a tasty, persistent flavour and varied aromas of the Rueda denomination of origin.
