When served, it has a straw yellow colour, the nose captures an intense aroma with notes of fennel, white flowers and hints of aniseed and fresh grass. In the mouth, it has an unctuous and fresh sensation, achieving a persistent, long and pleasant finish.

Pairing. How to taste it

We recommend serving it chilled in a fine crystal glass (remember to take it out of the fridge two to four hours before serving). It is ideal with fish, seafood, pasta, chicken, ham and cold meats.
