This whisky has rested in American oak casks wrapped in Sherry in Scotland for 6 months, and then aged for 2 years in casks that previously contained Pedro Ximénez and another 2 years in Oloroso casks.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

At first sight it has an intense amber colour.

With an aroma on the nose where the malt and the vinosity of the Sherry mix to give way to notes of wood, honey, toast, nuts, coffee and even vanilla.

When we taste it, we see that it is a whisky as tasty as it is smooth, with different nuances given by the Scotch whisky and the sherry wine.

The ideal way to savour all the notes and aromas of this whisky is to serve 50ml of Nomad Reserve 10 with a splash of still water.

A little history about ...

Nomad Outland Whisky was born in the Scottish Highlands, from which it has taken the purity of the place, mainly from Speyside.

From here it travels, once matured, to warmer, wetter lands, such as the plains of Jerez, where it ages in Pedro Ximénez casks.
