The whisky is made from rye malt (95%) and barley (5%), and all are at least 4 years old.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

This whisky has a copper and amber color.

Yellow Rose Rye has a smell reminiscent of vanilla, pine and brown sugar.

In the mouth it offers a delicious drink with notes of vanilla and pine, and a slightly sweet taste reminiscent of maple syrup with hints of mint.

The final aftertaste of this whisky is a medium finish with less pepper than other rye whiskies.

History of the product

The Yellow Rose brand of whiskies was born from a meeting of friends who began to discuss the dream of creating something new to the extent that they decided to start it up, so in 2010 this company was born.

The name was adopted from a local folklore character known as the Yellow Rose of Texas who, according to legend. He helped Sam Houston achieve Texas' independence from Mexico.

In this way, Yellow Rose came to the Texas market in 2012 as the first legal whiskey distillery in Houston.

In order to make itself known in the world, Yellow Rose partners with Zamora Company in 2017 to bring its whisky to every city in the world.
