A little bit of history about Almirante Añejo...

The Estévez Group was born in Jerez de la Frontera in 1940, when José Estévez began to make his own blends from the grapes he harvested from his vineyards. He used to make them for his own consumption and sometimes sold them bottled to the neighbours in the area.

In time, it was his son who encouraged him to grow the bodega in order to market his products in a professional manner, and thus do justice to the qualities of his products.
