A little bit of history about Capitan Morgan White Rum...

In 1654 Henry Morgan left Wales to discover the West Indies. A born leader, he quickly became a captain and became famous as a Buccaneer or so-called "lawful pirate" in defence of Britain's interests.

His great exploits at sea earned him a knighthood and, in 1680, a knighthood as Sir Henry Morgan. He owned a plantation and was governor of Jamaica.

Centuries later it became a company that became as famous as the man himself: the Captain Morgan Rum Company founded in 1945 by Sam Bronfman. It has evolved into one of the world's leading rum companies, exporting the full flavour of Jamaica through its products.
