A little bit of history about El Dorado 25 Years Special Reserve...

Demerara is the distillery in charge of making this ultra premium rum. It was founded in 1770 and since that time they have been using all kinds of stills that allow them a unique and exclusive rum making process. El Dorado 25 Years Special Reserve comes from Guyana, a country covered almost entirely by rainforest. The sugar cane grown there is considered one of the best in the world and is used in the production of El Dorado rums.
