The first thing that strikes the eye about Ron Centenario 20 años Fundación is its amber colour.

When poured into a glass and allowed to aerate, it gives off smooth, harmonious aromas of vanilla, traces of brandy and ripe fruits, such as apple and cherry.

Finally, on the palate it has a smooth, pleasant, slightly sweet flavour with a hint of vanilla and red fruits.

As mentioned above, Centenario 20 años de Fundación rum is the result of using the solera method for its production. This ageing system for rum has been used since ancient times and to carry it out, the barrels are stacked one on top of the other to allow for cascade racking. Thanks to this gravity racking, the rum acquires some fundamental points to be able to enjoy it, such as: freshness, balance, firmness, maturity and elegance.
