Why buy Red Wine Enate Reserva

A wine made only from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are harvested by hand and gently destemmed and crushed. Fermented at 28oC in stainless steel tanks and after the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in French oak barrels for a year and is subsequently refined in tank until bottled.

When pouring a glass of Enate Reserva, its delicate garnet colour catches the eye. On the nose, we perceive a varied and complex range of blackberry aromas combined with redcurrant, mint and a subtle spicy background of vanilla, pepper and bay leaf. As you take a sip, you will feel a structured flavour with high quality tannins that leave a long finish with hints of toast and blond tobacco.

Pairing. How to taste it

Enjoy a glass of Enate Reserva at a temperature between 16o-18oC. It is ideal to accompany a dish of grilled red meats, stew, game meats, acorn-fed Iberian ham, cured and roasted cheeses.
