The vinification process of Enate Cabernet-Merlot begins with the Merlot first and then the Cabernet Sauvignon. Each variety is fermented separately at 24oC in stainless steel tanks and, after fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in French and American oak barrels. The time is ideal to achieve that touch of sophisticated flavour that only a glass of Enate Cabernet-Merlot can give you.

When pouring a glass of Enate Cabernet-Merlot, its delicate cherry colour catches the eye. On the nose, you can perceive an exquisite and complex aroma of blackcurrant and blackberry fruits that combine with the floral nuances provided by the violet and hints of pepper, vanilla and undergrowth. A sip of this wine will leave you with a smooth, rounded taste on a soft tannic cushion that gives way to a finish with notes of roasted coffee.

Pairing. How to taste it

Enjoy a glass of Enate Cabernet-Merlot at a temperature between 14o-16oC. It is ideal with roasts, red meats, cheeses and fish dishes with sauces.
