One of the best options, if not the best, to taste this gin could be the cocktail: Ruby Martini, which is made following the steps below:

Pour 60 ml of Whitley Neill Connoisseur's Cut, 20 ml of dry vermouth, 10 ml of grapefruit juice and 2 drops of grapefruit bitters into a mixing glass.

Stir with ice for 20 seconds and strain into a Martini glass.

Garnish with a cherry and grapefruit peel.

A little history about ...

This brand of gin was established in London in 1762, when it began distilling its products at the City of London Distillery, a distillery with a tradition in the London capital of more than 200 years.

Today it is run by Johnny Neill, one of the eighth generation of the family, who, after a period in the investment management market, has taken over as head of the company.
