• The first one is the G&T Highball, for which we should pour 60 ml of Whitley Neill Distiller's Cut gin, 200 ml of tonic and finish garnishing with blood orange and thyme.
• The other option is the Classic Martini, in this case we will have to mix 60 ml Whitley Neill Distiller's Cut and 10 ml of dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice cubes, and to finish we will have to strain it into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
