Why buy Vermuth Martini Bitter

A premium bitter inspired by the original 1872 recipe with a base of 100% natural extracts. It is ideal on its own, on the rocks, with a tonic or as a base for making delicious cocktails. It has become a favourite of bartenders around the world - you have to try it!

Martini Bitter won the Best Product Award at FIBAR 2018. Sophisticated, bitter and delicate taste. Made with more than 20 herbs and roots and three botanicals including: saffron, angostura and calumba. "The art of the bitter aperitif is to create a full and rounded sensation of bitterness in the mouth" (Beppe Musso).

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When served, Martini Bitter is striking to the eye with its intense, translucent, bright red colour. On the nose, a perfectly combined aroma of herbs, spices, citrus and flowers is perceived. In more detail, notes of caramelised orange, saffron and earthy woody notes give way to fresh herbal and floral notes reminiscent of camomile. On the palate there is a generous balance of bitter and sweet flavours fused with hints of caramelised orange peel, liquorice and spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. The finish is distinctly floral and herbal with hints of sweet oranges and spicy, earthy notes.

Pairing. How to taste it

Yo pongo el Hielo recommends serving in a tumbler glass with plenty of ice, add 2.5cl Martini Riserva Rubino or Ambrato, 2.5cl Martini Bitter and 2.5cl Bombay Sapphire. At the end, garnish with a slice of orange or lime.

Also, it is ideal to drink it neat, on the rocks or with your favourite tonic.

A little bit of history about Martini Bitter...

The production of Martini Bitter is inspired by the original 1872 recipe created by Luigi Rossi using 100% natural ingredients.

Tonutti selected three extraordinary botanicals: saffron, angostura and calumba, to add a bitterness of exquisite richness and complexity. This Bitter Martini is the ideal complement to classic Italian aperitif cocktails, but is also delicious served on its own or mixed with just a tonic.

Alternativa al Campari

Me gustan los bitters pero siempre son muy amargos y con poco sabor. El bitter de Martini es sabroso y muy distinto a los demás
