History
It all begins in the vineyards because Nordesía takes care of its vermouth from the very beginning until the end. The pruning is done very carefully so that the vines receive good treatment, allowing them to produce high-quality grapes that yield subtly different results each year.
In addition, the flavorings come from herbs found in the surrounding area, where they collect all the necessary high-quality spices.
Once harvested, the grapes are fermented and "cooked" using a double boiler method to achieve distillation, which lasts for about 4 hours, resulting in a wine-based beverage like this vermouth.
After this, Nordesía Blanco rests in steel barrels for three months before being bottled.
As for Nordesía Rojo, it goes through the same process but rests in oak barrels.
