When served in a glass and left to air, the aromas it gives off are smoky, of toasted malts, wood and coffee. Subtle touches of caramel and cocoa are also added, slightly hoppy and floral

Finally, the palate has an intense taste, first slightly sweet and then bitter, very balanced and with a touch of acidity.

Pairing. How to taste it
