When pouring a glass of Caribú Selection Solera, it is difficult not to be captivated by its bright golden colour with bronze reflections, given by the French cask.

Once allowed to aerate, the nose is light, silky and woody, with notes of dried fruits and plum.

When you sip it in the glass, it feels full-bodied and balanced, with a very refined and fruity flavour, with hints of dried fruits and light woody nuances, provided by the American white oak and French limousine.

Caribú Selection Solera is a rum with very balanced aromas and flavours, perfect to drink neat or on the rocks. However, it also has a great versatility that allows you to mix it as you like.

Caribú Selection Solera is a rum that, thanks to its quality, has been recognised with the Silver San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019 and the Bronze International Wine & Spirits Competition 2019.

This is thanks to the good work and care with which Bodegas Luedíaz produces its products. A winery that has been dedicated to the production of spirits since 1963, being one of the first in Venezuela to obtain an ageing licence.
