Why buy Red Wine Cyan Tinta de Toro Roble

In the Finca de La Calera, at the western end of the Castilian D. O. Toro, some vineyards are cultivated on limestone and sandy soils. The Tinta de Toro grapes will be extracted from these vineyards and used to make this masterful wine. With a very careful production throughout the process and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Cyan is an organic wine resulting from the weight of tradition with the characteristic grape of the D. O. Toro.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first thing that catches the eye of Cyan Roble is its dark color, clean, with purple edges.

When it is served in a glass and left to air, the smells it gives off are lively, with aromas of red fruits (blackberry, redcurrant and myrtle), which are grateful for the time spent in the barrel.

Finally, on the palate it is fresh, intense and balanced, with toasted and roasted notes. Its finish is long, elegant and pleasant.

Pairing. How to taste it

In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it between 16 and 18 degrees, accompanying meats or cheeses.
