PA/311 is a special and magical gin thanks to its process of production and tradition. It is distilled in its own artisan stills, using more than ten botanicals highlighting bay leaf -obviously from its land, Vedra- which combine to create a fresh, floral, and fruity drink.

One must undoubtedly recognize the work of Pepe Albela and his team, who didn't settle for just any gin. They had to experiment three hundred and eleven times until they hit the right note, achieving what they were looking for; an authentic and perfect flavor.

Its aroma and taste say it all, revealing the careful production process it has undergone, telling you how three hundred tests were needed to achieve the perfect flavor.

On the nose, it's spicy and floral, with a fresh and citrusy aroma, where herbaceous notes, mint, sage, and Albariño grapes prevail.
