Why buy Beer Discontinued N'ice Chouffe

We are talking about a special Christmas edition of one of the best brands of beer in the world, the Belgian Chouffe.

In this case, we are dealing with a black beer, without pasteurization and with a second fermentation in the bottle. It is an Ale with 10 degrees of alcohol that, as we say, heats up its own: we can appreciate it even before opening it just by looking at the label, in which the Chouffe Gnome spends a cold night in the heat of the fire (and with a few of these under the bag).

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

In the usual bottle format of Chouffe we have a deep dark brown beer, finished with a dense and creamy light foam crown.

In Belgium, in central Europe, where winter nights bring snow and very low temperatures, something had to be discovered to make them more bearable. Luckily, Brasserie D'Achouffe, the company behind one of the most famous beers in the world, had the good fortune to launch a product that will help us in this task.
