When you enjoy a glass of Neno sobre Lías, you will be surprised by its straw yellow colour with golden tinges.

On the nose, aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit such as apple and pear combine with a vegetal background of fennel that characterises wines made with Godello.

In the mouth, it is very fresh and perfectly balanced. It has good acidity and a predominance of balsamic and citric notes.

Pairing. How to taste it

Neno sobre Lías is ideal for pairing with seafood, fish or rice dishes. You will enjoy it much more if you serve it at a temperature between 6º and 10º C.
