What's so special about this vodka? Well, it's very simple: firstly, it's made from spelt grain, which is not a common thing to find in a vodka since it's much more expensive than any other grain, and secondly, but no less important, 15% of the total amount collected from its sales goes to prevent the extinction of this precious animal.

Spelt, also known as escaña mayor, is a cereal that is grown mostly in Spain, Switzerland and southern Germany. It is better digested than other cereals such as wheat and in addition its protein value is much higher, on the other hand, it presents a low glycemic index, which means that it is transformed into a progressive energy contribution.

Snow Leopard , produced in Poland, is made by hand and has been distilled six times with pure spring water and twice filtered by the coal to get as a result a luxury vodka creamy body.

Collaborating with Snow Leopard Trust

This non-profit organization was founded by Helen Elaine Freeman in 1981. While working at a Seattle zoo, Helen was amazed by this animal and that's when she learned about the bad situation they were in.

Soon after, Helen felt the need to establish the trust to protect this species in the wild and its habitat. The Trust conducts research, collaborates and organizes conservation projects at the community level and works with experts on snow leopards and other groups. The source of income for this organization comes from donations, grants, events and product sales from its website.
