Why buy Gin Crespo London Dry Gin

Its production process follows the traditional English London Dry technique. With eleven hand-weighed botanicals from 8 countries, from 4 continents. Maceration in extra neutral alcohol, five times distilled at source. Fractional distillation, typical of a London Dry Gin, is carried out with pure water from the protected area of El Cajas in the Ecuadorian Andes. Filling, labelling and sealing is done by hand, and at the end each bottle is numbered.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When pouring a glass of Crespo London Dry Gin, its bright crystal colour catches the eye. On the nose, it gives off an aroma with citrus notes of lemon, orange and cardamom. On the palate, it has a dense, creamy texture with fresh hints of slightly bitter citrus with notes of cardamom.

Pairing. How to taste it

From Yo pongo el hielo we recommend placing two or three ice cubes in a glass or balloon glass, add one part of Crespo London Dry Gin and two parts of a neutral tonic of your choice.

Before serving, garnish with an orange or lime twist.

A little bit of history about Crespo London Dry Gin...

Many years ago, while Gustavo Crespo was working in his grandfather's distillery in Uzhupud, Ecuador, he set himself the goal of creating a gin that would meet the expectations of the discerning palate of consumers of this delicious and famous drink.

Gustavo's dream come true was presented at the great gastronomic event Madrid Fusión and it was at this exhibition that he managed to present and convince the renowned and demanding Spanish public with a sophisticated and tasty gin.

Crespo London Dry Gin has been presented in important competitions worldwide, winning several awards, including a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Gold at the Europe Wine & Spirits Trophy, Silver at the New York World Wine and Spirits Competition, Silver at the London Spirits Competition, among others.
