Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When you pour a glass of Freixenet Brut Barroco, you are struck by its lemon yellow colour and fine bubbles with a good release of carbon dioxide.

On the nose, it exudes aromas of ageing, citrus, sour apple combined with subtle notes of tropical fruits and dried fruit with slight hints of pistachio.

On the palate, it is structured with fresh and smooth undertones, which gives it its particular bouquet.

Pairing. How to taste it

Here at Yo pongo el hielo we suggest some dishes that go perfectly with Freixenet Brut Barroco, such as rice dishes, lightly seasoned salads, cold meats, rock fish and puff pastry desserts.
