Gin, a spirit that resurge strongly
The gin, that classic spirit that never get old fashioned. Fresh, with variety and a lot of arinas and flavours, is the princess of the party, the queen of cocktail bar.

Composition of Gin
Looking at the composition of the gin, its a must say that it's a schnapps that is gotten by the destillation of barley not germinated with malt, rectified with juniper berries and with a variety of aromas depending of the manufacturer, although the common ones are cardamom, orange peel or angelica.
Generally, its alcoholic volume vary between 37 and 47 degrees.
Flavour of Gin
The flavour of gin is bitter, due to the alcoholic volume but also becouse of the differents botanicals that aromatize the gin.
Furthermore, in its classic cocktail, the Gin-tonic, gin gets expanded its flavours with distinct seasonings that add something more than ornate the drinking glass: cucumber, cardamom, lyophilized strawberry, licorice and a long etc of supplements that diversify yet more the flavour of the gin.
