Why buy Vermuth Nordesía Vermú White

A selection of grapes from the slopes of Val do Ulla, a blend with macerated spirits infused with herbs, plants, and flowers, yields the incredible result of Nordesía Blanco vermouth.

A white vermouth crafted with the intention of accompanying you during Sunday appetizers after a walk, Friday aperitifs after a week of work, an aperitif filled with laughter, complicity, and fun.

A very special vermouth for very special moments. Made with sage, cardamom, lemon, orange, coriander, cloves, mint, and many more spices.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell, and taste

On the nose, we can distinguish fruity aromas with hints of apple and peach, as well as citrus and sweet notes like caramel and orange, minty freshness...

On the palate, there are citrus and balsamic flavors with distinctive Atlantic notes.

How to enjoy it. Pairing

This vermouth is meant to be enjoyed in good company, with jokes, anecdotes.

You can have it as an aperitif before a meal or in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it.

A little history about...

It all begins in the vineyards because Nordesía takes care of its vermouth from the beginning to the end. The pruning is done very carefully so that the vines are well treated, allowing them to produce high-quality grapes that yield slightly different results each year.

In addition, the flavorings come from herbs near their surroundings, where they gather all the necessary and high-quality spices.

Once harvested, the grapes are fermented and "cooked" in a water bath to obtain a distillation process that lasts about 4 hours, resulting in a wine-based beverage like this vermouth.

After this, Nordesía Blanco rests in stainless steel barrels and, after three months, it is bottled.

It's in the Top 40 of economic and cheap products of Vermuth and in the Top 3060 of our best seller products.
