Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

Look: the liquid is a light yellow colour with greenish tones; the bottle, although it allows you to slightly see inside, is certainly dark in colour, contrasting with the pinkish light given off by the LED on the label when you press the on button.
On the nose we can appreciate a subtle fruity aroma, citrus, apple and mineral and smoky notes.
On the palate, the flavour is clean in the mouth, juicy, pleasantly sweet, with medium body and length and a fine pearliness.

The ideal way to enjoy it is chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees. We suggest drinking it on its own in a Prosecco glass, on the rocks or as the main ingredient of a sparkling cocktail such as:
- Bellini: the result of the sum of Prosecco and peach pulp, preferably served in a flute glass.
- Hugo: in this case the ingredients that accompany the Prosecco are sparkling water, elderflower syrup, lime and mint, which, when properly mixed, offer a fresh, sweet and pleasant aperitif.
