The Scavi & Ray Prosecco DOC Rosé Spumante is born from the addition of the Pinot Noir grape, which gives the Rosé touch of this Prosecco, to the Glera grape, which characterizes it, and which is a necessary condition to obtain the designation of origin. It was then that the best winemakers and experts began looking for the formula to offer this product of the highest quality.
