The first thing that strikes the eye about Conde de Caralt Frizzante 7º is its bright straw yellow colour and persistent bubbles. When poured into the glass and left to aerate, it gives off fruity aromas with notes of peach and tropical fruits such as lychee. On the palate, it is sweet, fresh and very pleasant, with hints of dried apricots.

Pairing. How to taste it

Yo pongo el hielo recommends serving it chilled (between 4 and 6ºC) in flute or tulip glasses. It is ideal to accompany almost all types of food, as it is a very versatile wine, but we could give preference to dishes prepared with fish, seafood, rice and pulses. It is also excellent as an aperitif, at brunch, at dinner or at dessert time.
