A version exactly the same as always, using the same ingredients: water, barley, hops and yeast, but eliminating the alcohol by means of a cold filtration method.

This method allows the alcohol to be filtered out without subjecting the beer to thermal stress, protecting the integrity of the traditional flavour and character.

The end result is the same unmistakable flavourful stout, without a drop of alcohol.
