G.H. Mumm Ice Extra is a contemporary take on Maison Mumm's long tradition of demi-sec champagnes, it is truly unique, with exotic and woody notes.

It is aged for twenty months in the Maison Mumm cellars, dug into the limestone rock beneath the city of Reims.

After the addition of the doser, the wines are aged for a further two months which are essential to allow the liqueur to blend perfectly with the wine and finalise the champagne's unique aromatic palette.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When pouring a glass of G.H. Mumm Ice Extra you are struck by its deep golden yellow colour with subtle amber highlights and fine bubbles.

On the nose, delicate woody aromas combine with notes of vanilla and hints of ripe pineapple and mango that are perfectly balanced with subtle notes of praline and butterscotch.

On the palate, delicious flavours of intense, mouth-watering honey, nougat and custard merge delicately with sweet notes of praline, vanilla and cedar, leading to a long, luscious finish.

Pairing. How to taste it

G.H. Mumm Ice Extra is best enjoyed very chilled (6°C), in a chilled glass fresh from the freezer or refreshed with a few ice cubes.
