Why buy Aniseed Anís El Tajo Dry

We are talking about a drink with a high alcohol content of 55%, which differs from the also known sweet aniseed because of its higher alcohol concentration due to the fact that it is made with less sugar.

Its elaboration is carried out by distilling the herbs and seeds in hot, since with this we obtain a higher quality than if we did this process in cold. Once the elaboration process is done, the liquid must rest to obtain that transparent and crystalline color.

A little bit of history about Anís El Tajo Dry...

In 1985, Don Diego Ruiz Romero founded El Tajo in the town of Jubrique in Malaga when he owned one of the many stills that were in the houses of the town.

Years later, his son Diego Ruiz Iborra, decided to expand the market by taking the product to different villages in the mountains of Ronda in a horse cart until he was able to get a small vehicle and could reach customers who were further away.

In 1969 he moved to Ronda, hired his brothers and opened the range of products in a boast to continue with the expansion of the company, the products he added to his portfolio were tequila, rum, fruit liqueurs, vodka, brandy and gin. They also acquired a new still and machinery which would carry out the process of bottling, filling and labelling the bottles to increase their production.

With these last incorporations, their products reached all Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla at the end of the 80's, and in the following decade they made the first exports outside the national territory.
