Why buy Discontinued Wine Opera Prima Blanco

With its bronze medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2010 it is clear that we are not talking about just another white wine, but that this Chardonnay is different, with its own personality. Originally from La Mancha, specifically in Daimiel (Ciudad Real), this wine is made by carefully selecting 100 percent Chardonnay grapes, maceration at 10º and fermentation at 78º in stainless steel tanks, and then racked, always taking care to maintain all its qualities and freshness.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first thing that catches the eye of Ópera Prima BLanco is light yellow, bright.

When served in a glass and left to air, the aromas it gives off are fruity, with citrus and floral nuances. Very cheerful.

Finally, on the palate it is light, balanced, an elegant wine, which fulfils everything it promises on the nose.

Pairing. How to taste it

In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it within a Mediterranean diet, accompanying therefore salads, meats and fish. However, take it cold: around 4 and 6 degrees.
