Why buy White Wine Trasmallo

This white wine is made with Albariño grapes, typical of the Galician region, and has an alcohol content of 11%. It is an elegant wine, a good representative of the D. O. Rías Baixas, with all that this one has to contribute to the fan of a good white wine.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

To the eye is clean, straw yellow in colour, with some greenish notes.

When it is served in a glass and left to air, the smells it gives off are fruity and tropical: peach, pineapple and apple, among others.

Finally, on the palate it is fresh, tasty and juicy thanks to the tropical notes.

Pairing. How to taste it

In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it with fish, seafood or paella and always at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees.
