The name "Au" is inspired by the chemical symbol for gold in the periodic table, which reflects the extraordinary purity of the vodka. The brand was born in 2015 in Wales and has become the most sought after and popular vodka in the UK. After a successful launch in Europe, Au Vodka is preparing to launch in the United States.
